My eye folds or creases are very small compared to most others. It’s hard to make my eyelashes seem longer. My eyeliner can bearly be seen and my eye makeup just doesn't look as good as someone who's eyefolds show more.

Here's my best suggestion!! Step by step!

First, use a dark brown eyeliner pencil and line your top lashline very close to the lashes. On the bottom, line only from the outer corner to the middle of your eye, it will make your eyes look more open.

Then, if you're up to it, take a set of false lashes and cut them in half. Place the half of false eyelashes from the outer corner of your eye so they go about halfway in, let the glue dry completetly. The thicker lashes on the outside of your eye will open them up even more.

Next, pick your eyeshadow colors. Plum is usually nice for olive skin tone. Get a small shadow brush, and put the medium tone color on your lids. Then, using the darkest color, close your eyes and feel for where your eyeball and eye socket bone meet, there will be a little dip there, and this is where your crease should be, so push the darkest color into that groove. Then use the lightest color on the rest of your upper eye from your crease to your eyebrow.

Mascara on your lashes and the fake ones, curl them, and you'll look fabulous!

try false lashes they are so much longer and fuller. When I do eye make up on an Asian women I use two or three colors. The first color is medium to dark and I sweep it over the entire lid, the second color is light or shimmery and I put in the center of the eye to create roundness. Don't think vertical shadow like a white girls eyes think horzonital. For example Brown shadow all over with a gold center. Would look like this brown-gold-brown. You can use a third color to highlight the brow bone under the arch of your eyebrow.

This is the PERFECT opportunity to take advantage of the clumpey eyelash trend. I have to say, I was skeptical myself, but when I tried it, my eyes looked REALLY good. I have Asiatic eyes, also and I feel like it made a big difference because it not only made my lashed longer but the clumpy blackness makes it a little like pseudo eyeliner, or where eyeliner should be highlighting.

I'm also Asian. Have you tried to thicken your eyeliner? It works wonders. You can apply some on the lower part of your eye. But some have stated that eyeliner has made their eye smaller.. I guess it depends on what you use.. Mascara is great as well.

OR

You can use eyelid tape or glue. Or get eyelid surgery.

Do NOT..I repeat, DO NOT wear eyeliner if you are trying to widen your eyes. Eyeliner can make your eyes appear more narrow. Instead, beef up by wearing a super thick mascara on lashes. Experiment with eye shadow. Keep your eye brows tweezed with a slight arch. Stay away from dark eyeshadows. Try pinks, tans..even golds to widen your eyes and make them pop!

i`m asian too.. and my eyes are pretty much the same as yours.
but this is wta i do for my asian eyes :) first, love them ♥ its wat you have learn to love it!
anyways when you put ur eyeliner just put it out your top lids and extend it to a cat eye look... it makes your eyes seem bigger.. dont put the eyeliner all the way maybe mid-way. trust me it will just smudge and look like a mess. i also use white liner in bottom ..
it might be weird but it works so good, it makes me eyes look elegant... you just have to try it.
finally, always stick with purples, browns,,, and anything shimmery!

email me if you want. good luck girl!

well i don`t know how you do your makeup now, but wearing liner on the top and bottom will make them appear to be a little bigger. but try usin a white shimmer liner or eye shadow and put a little bit of it in the inside corner of your eye! it makes your eyes pop, and more noticable! and it`s also very cute! :)
