If the tanning beds are afforadable, I think I'll pick tanning bed. I've tried tanning spray before.
After a while, if you do not constantly spray you body, the fake tan will wash off and leave uneven spots on your body. They'll disappear after a few bathing sessions, but in the mean time, its not a pretty sight.

A tanning spray is, by far, safer than a tanning bed. The use of tanning beds is directly linked to skin damage and has been linked to skin cancer.
So I'd go with the spray. But choose a good spray - otherwise you'll end up looking like a pumpkin, trust me on this one.

i would def go with the spray, i work in a dermatologists office and i cant tell you how many young girls came in with sun spots, and some sadly with cancer. there are some places that have very good looking fake tans, you just have to look around. also tanning ages you, i have seen young girls with leather looking skin from to much tanning.

spray on tan because if you use a tanning bed to many times you can slowly develope skin cancer or other skin problems.

I heard the spray is a waste of money it only lasts like a couple days and it looks streaky. Iwork at a spa where we do body bronzing and it looks natural and there are no lines I have put it on someone and she had fair skin and she came out like 3 shades darker she looked awesome and it lasts 4-6 weeks!!!!

actually neither im into the jerkins body lotion that will make your skin darker i know that dove has also came out with some but i have not tried it yet the body lotion works great and i saw a change in my skin right away just be sure not to use to much to fast i know some people said they saw a lil orange but i think thats because they couldnt wait to be dark and used a ton at once and be sure to wash your hands when your done so that the bottom doesnt turn orange

tanning spray. I developed precancerous moles from using a tanning bed too much. I urge you not to do it.
