When I was 14 and my elder brother 15, we met our father in town and he took us to see Alien, an 18 movie, back in 1979 I think.
It scared the crap out of both myself and brother. The worse part being the two of us had to cross a ferry bridge across the river, on the way back home, it was dark and very foggy! The bridge is about a mile long! Gibbering wrecks by the time we got the other side.

The Exorcist. I saw that for the first time when I was 7 and I couldn't sleep for 2 weeks. I saw it with some friends when they re-released it in theaters about 4 years back and I was still scared.

The remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre I was suppose to eat with the friend I went to watch it afterwards but I just couldn't take a bit out of anything, he even told me that I looked kinda yellowish!
Can't care less about ghosts, Zombies, or something paranormal, but real human torture like the one portrayed on the movie really scares the Jesus out of me!
