In Cheer, if i get my backhand spring, i move up a tumbling level,
i use to have a bhs, and back tuck but 2 years ago i almost sprained my neck and now i'm scared to do it by myself, (i can do it on a tubmle track but not the floor) any sugguestions on how i
can get myself to do it and really work on it???????

You have to have the willingness to push yourself and make sacrifices until you accomplish that goal. Think of the one thing that you couldn't normally give up, and then give it up. Tell a friend that you have given it up and not to let you have it. Then push yourself to get to your goal. Once you make it to that goal then have the one thing you had given up. It will make your success that much sweeter and your crave that much better. Make sure your friend knows that you accomplished your goal. I am sure you will be pretty thrilled when you let them know.

PS... I would skip the testicle clamp. YIKES!

i'm not sure if this will help you any. but when i want to push myself in sports, i wear a testicle clamp untill i'm satisfied with myself...then and ONLY THEN do i take it off as reward.
