What's a mortal soul?
I always thought soul=immortal...
Now, the times they are a-changing...
Young man!
When you think what happens to the Woodstock generation, you can see with your own very black eyes (?), how rock and roll change the mortals!
Especially the musicians!
I am O! soooooo tempted to add explanations but I learn the hard way, better let the other finds out by him, herself...

I sure BELIEVE it can
they use music in all kinds of churches
maybe not all use ROCK and ROLL but they use music
so why can't rock and roll save your mortal soul
well I believe it can, but getting your heart and brain and sol going all at once and making them come ALIVE
