One a day vitamins have every supplement that a body needs, try changing the time you are taking them and eat crackers and drink milk with them, if this doesnt work, consult your physician.

I'm not sure why but this seems to be common--wait until you try those big, fat, prenatal vitamins.
If you take them with food, it's not so bad. Another trick is to put the vitamins in the freezer and leave them there instead of the cabinet. They are much more tolerable when you take them cold.
I wonder if it has to do with the Iron--this is notorious for causing stomach upset. Iron is always recommended to be taken with food or milk.
But, don't stop taking your vitamins!

Because One a day vitamins are full of so much stuff and in heavy concentrations they can upset your stomach. Try taking the pill after a meal or with a glass or milk.

Sorry but I don't know if it's normal but I will say that the exact same thing happened to me when I started taking vitamins. I added your question to my watch list so hopefully someone will enlighten us with the correct answer. Good luck in the meantime!

nausea from taking vitamins is usually related to iron in your supplements, but can also occur without iron.

If you can avoid taking your supplements on an empty stomach you may find that you are able to avoid getting sick to your stomach.

Try taking them as you are eating. One or more of the ingredients in them are a little too much for your system. And yes, it is normal to feel nauseaous. Don't give up on them tho, as I firmly believe we need supplements.

They can make you nauseous if you take them without food. Make sure you are taking them with solid foods.

Don't take them on an empty stomach. There are other brands you can try as well.
