Hopefully, a leader like John F. Kennedy or Martin Luther King. I haven't known a person like that in a long time.

First of all, no senator has been elected to president since JFK, ( the problem w/ senators is that, for one thing, their senate voting record is used as ammunition against them) so that counts out Hillary (too divisive also) and Obama (also, too little experience).
Giuliani has a the best chance, I think, he poll numbers are great and he is so middle of the road that I think most Americans (both Dems and Republicans) could vote for him without having to hold their noses.

There are a few people who will be running, each with their own pros and cons...
R:
McCain-He appeals to both sides, but ends to flip-flop
Guliani-He was a 9-11 hero figure, but he has little other national political experience
D:
Obama: He's a rich Democrat, so his major obstacle will be connecting and attracting the lower classes
Clinton: Her obvious problems is her connection to her husband. Also, she is a woman, and though I have no problems with women, she will have to prove herself.
