I haven't seen a link either... the wikipedia link just is an overview of the actions, there are some body counts, but nothing I noticed that even comes close to approaching 1,000, much less 8,000?

I heard someone talking about accidental deaths being at 8,000 for the military under Clinton's term... but that sounds way too high to me, considering we've only lost like 3,000 troops in 5 years in Iraq...

I'd like to see the source of that info. before I believe it. I served in the Air Force under Bill Clinton in Bosnia ond Kosovo and we did lose some troops there (although a very small number) and of course we lost a few dozen men in Somalia and some other places around the world....but 8,000??? I have my doubts about that number.

I would like to see it as well!

During Operation Desert Fox he pounded Iraqi military targets with aircraft and cruise missiles and did not lose 1 person!

George HW Bush committed our troops to Somalia after Clinton was elected and in late December before Clinton took office! Bush didn't even ask or inform the president elect that he was committing troops to combat!

The only soldiers killed in battle during Clinton's era were in Somalia, and they were sent there by Bush Snr.

19 soldiers were killed as part of a suicide attack on the USS Cole, but that was an attack on US forces rather than troops being sent to a hostile situation.

4 troops also died during a training exercise in Albania, but that was blamed on poor weather conditions rather than an hostile actions.

Wow, talk approximately out of context. i like how the video cut back her answer off. humorous the way you in no way hear the information of what number little ones have died in the process the certainly war. you in addition to might might desire to remember that information like this are traditionally know to be exaggerated and from adverse components. you're conversing approximately what's a underdeveloped united states. The question in no way says that those little ones died because of fact of violence or war. you in addition to might at the instant are not instructed over what term this style is from.
