Not considering a PSP isn't a good deal in the first place (for some people).
Also not considering that a portable should be as sturdy as possible.
25 dollars for the analog?! Are you nuts!? Well, it depends on how bad it is. If you are just missing the nub, no. If it's really messed up as in not responsive, it's a good deal.
