So President Bush hasn't been the best president the US has ever had, but he's definitely not going to be the worst. We have many many presidents to look foward too, and if people don't get out and vote, then we'll just have a repeat of what we're going through now.

Why hate Bush? He's only doing his job. No doubt it's a hard one. We don't have to agree with him, much less like him, but we should stand by him. After all he is our president. Imagine what it looks like to other counties who see us as Americans hate on our own president....

I am not a Bush supporter, but I'm not a hater either.

The majority of the haters don't have a clue what they are talking about. "He rigged the vote" and such tripe. Any excuse to complain without ever making an effort themselves. They all claim he is incompetent but that's just his opponent's propoganda talking. Its a good bet that far less than 1% of his detractors could do even half the job he's done. They are, of course, welcome to prove me wrong. All they have to do is run for office.

Everybody should vote but at least, if you don't vote, be quiet. You have no right to complain if you couldn't be bothered to vote

Worst ever? He was handed an economy that Bill Clinton had trashed, that was going downhill rapidly that is now improving steadily. It took six years to fix what the clintons screwed up in eight. That isn't too bad. And he has certainly done better than Jimmy Carter who left us with 22% inflation, gas lines and our citizens being held prisoner in another country while he sat on his hands. I just named two worse presidents as examples. You want me to name several more?

Actually, Miss C., he DOES give a **** about people, that is why he did what he thought was best against these terrorists, people who want to see YOU and everyone who doesn't think like them DEAD. He didn't give a ***about what OPINION polls said about him, THAT is what he didn't care about. What would you have done in his place? Talk? I want to hear someone with a plan BESIDES more dialogue. You don't keep TALKING to a bully.
I agree with the position taken by Shopaholic, why hate him? Doesn't anybody care what it looks like to other countries when people so openly bad mouth our own president? All I know is we have NOT had another terrorist attack since 9/11. People are definitely like sheep, and the media KNOWS this. They get the ball rolling and before you know it, a whole lot of people who DON'T have a mind of their own strart parroting what the media is saying, that he is a BAD president. Use your own heads for more than a hat rack. These terrorists are just WAITING for the right opportunity.

Wow some one who has the same opinion as me I just got done answering a question pretty much saying the same thing you just asked. I don't understand why people have to hate him and whenever I ask people they always seem to give some bullshit answer. Even my political science professor says he hates Bush but the only reasons I have heard him say why is cuz he pronounces nuclear nucular. I don't give a sh it if he mispronounces words. He is pretty much like all the other presidents only he got slammed with 9/11 which was not an easy thing to have to deal with. Personally I think it is cuz he has a bad public image. He says dumbs things and mispronounces words so every ones hate him. If you look at JFK he was loved cuz of how he came off to people but I just learned he probably was one of the crappiest presidents we ever had. You look at Nixon and everyone hates him, but if you look at how dealt with foreign problems he was one of the best it was just the domestic problems is where he sucked and plus Watergate didn't help to much.

You are a voice of reason.

Unfortunately they won't hear you.

Instead of working to keep our country strong and united, the mission has been to dismantle Bushs' Presidency and in turn it is dismantling our country. I don't know why they don't see it. There is something terribly wrong when half of the population is more concerned with getting rid of Bush than noticing how the rest of the world is perceiving our actions. We are handing the extremists a victory. My biggest fear is that the time is drawing near when the damage that has been done is going to be irreversible.

I pray that I have never been more wrong about anything in my life.

True, non-revisionist history will decide if he was a good or bad President. Too many let their hatred cloud their common sense and seem willing to give everything up to see someone they hate fail, no matter the cost. And in this instance, the cost might be well more than anyone imagines.

i hope u read the answers provided by these typical moron liberals and decide how u want to vote in the future. actually. president bush was handed a world wide terrorist problem ignored by clinton while he attacked women. he was handed a recession, he was handed enron and other scandals which were ignored by clinton. since pres bush took office he has took the fight to alqueda and our enemies, he lowered taxes and we have low unemployment, the greatest rise in housing values in history, a market that has soured to 12,500, etc etc etc. liberals hate because they hate america and what it stands for, just as the terrorists. they hate bush because he is defeating their true heros, the terrorists. also because he stands for moral values, which they dont beleive in. take your kids out of public school and get a voucher and let the democrats have their shitty america while we keep the good one.

He might actually be the worst president ever. Telling people to go out and vote really isn't saying much because most people who don' t like him didn't vote for him. And saying he's just doing his job doesn't make up for his complete lack of competency in office, he can at least do his ******* job right.

Right on. US thinks some of these problems are easy to fix when, unfortunately, terrorists are not going to go away. 'Politically Correctocrats' are missing the point---terrorists are in the process of taking over the world---and what is US doing? Talking, talking, hashing it out, debates, ad inf.....

Oh yes he is the worst ever and hopefully hold that distinction for all time. Any worse and the country would fall in to certain ruin. Let hope we can overcome geroge bush's stupidity and incompetence I don't hate him cause I was raised better than that but I sure believe he should be impeached and thrown in jail.

People hate him because the main-stream-media-propaganda- machine (NY Times, L.A. Time, Network TV and almost ALL of Hollywood) has pounded it into them that they should hate him. Propaganda machines are all about hate, not solving problems.
