I put butter on my canned corn along with salt and pepper to season to taste....
BTW, I don't know if you do this or not, but for all my canned vegetables, I drain the juice that they come in and rinse the vegetables really good and then add fresh water to the can to cook the veggies in....I find it makes the vegetables taste much fresher! It's a pain, but it's worth it, I hope you try it and see what you think.
