The whole tail end of the truck is sitting on the wheels. I can hear the truck trying to level, but the rear will not lift up. I tried turning off the suspension switch for a while and turning it back on, but nothing happened. Local Ford dealership can't do anything until Monday. What could the problem be?

a broken air hose could be the problem but the ride height sensor could of also come disconnected. if you can hear air leaking then find the location and go from there
