The whole tail end of the truck is sitting on the wheels. I can hear the truck trying to level, but the rear will not lift up. I tried turning off the suspension switch for a while and turning it back on, but nothing happened. Local Ford dealership can't do anything until Monday. What could the problem be?

You have an air leak in the air suspension system somewhere by the sound things. It could be the air line(s) itself, or the rear air spring(s) that require replacement. I wouldn't recommend driving around in it, in the meantime. You could do further damage to your vehicle.

My guess is either the pump went out (and will be soon if you let it run for too long with a leak) or from what I know and seen, it's usually the airbags have developed cracks in the bottoms of the bags and are leaking air causing it to do what it did.... Takes jacking up the vehicle with the air suspension off to see the cracks

There rear shocks are air shocks, either the air line is bad, the pump is bad or the shocks themselves will not hold air....you should be able to take that to a muffler and brake shop...not necessarily the dealer
