Are you talking about the show itself or the actresses? Laverne is a big high powered and successful film directer and producer. As for Shirley, not too sure. Go to imdb.com and type in the name of the show, it will tell you everything about it and all the cast.

The show went off the air years ago. Every now and then you will see one or the other on TV. Penny Marshall (Laverne) is married to Rob Reiner.
