You simply install the driver first, and connect it to your PC port. Many web cam comes with USB. You simply connect to the USB port. Launch your web cam application.

Install the software that came with it, and then plug in the camera. Your PC should recognize it and start working. If you don't have the software, you can probably get it from the company's website.
