In terms of what it means for Philly, it's impossible to predict. I've seen 4-5 different teams listed as favorites. No matter what, there's gonna have to be several players involved, and that means big changes for the 76ers. Unfortunatly, I don't see any way they'll get back the talent they are giving up, so I think they will have a rough time ahead, unless they get some good picks or sink so low the win the Oden lottery...

In terms of Iverson, I think he's done a lot for that organization and they've never pulled it all together. I can understand his frustration and his readiness to leave. I'm most interested to see how it effects his numbers... I don't know if he'll get as many looks playing for another team. It'll be much easier to analyze once we figure out where he's going. Personally, I hope makes the most of it, there's no doubt that he's a competitive guy that has busted his butt in this league for a lot of years.

I think it's a great way to start over again. Allen Iverson just wasn't getting anything done for the Sixers. When they trade him, I hope they get an all-star player instead of draft picks and cash.
