In my opinion I think if a woman wants an abortion, let her have it. She must want it for a very good reason that is no one elses business, I don't think she would have it to be heartless.

Let me add, that I do believe in God too.
I would also never have an abortion, or at least I don't think I would....I guess you never really know until you're in that situation.

Even when the question is asking why people get judgmental about abortions people get judgmental. Love it.
To all those judging, I had an abortion at 10 weeks. It was awful at the time and I was emotionally wrecked. But 18 months on, I don't regret it and I'm not sorry.
If it's murder to abort potential babies, then women murder a baby every month in their period and people shouldn't eat chicken's eggs.

To tell you the truth, i do not know why people think an abortion is that bad. Yes, getting an abotion is better than letting the baby be born them be abused and maybe killed as a child. When an abortion occurs it is not even known if the child is even alive or a human at that point in time, but once the the baby is born it is known that the baby is alive with feelings and at that point the child should be brought up by parents that care and love this baby no matter what, because they are the ones that brought this creature into the world, whether by mistake or on purpose.

The thing is, some people consider it murdering an innocent, unborn child. Others don't recognize a fetus as a child and don't consider it murder to abort it. People have a problem with child murderers for obvious reasons and some people simply think of abortion as murder and think it's totally unacceptable, no matter what the woman's circumstances are.
I'm pro-choice. I don't consider an early-stage fetus a child, hence I don't consider abortion to be murder. There are certainly circumstances in which abortion is the best option, although I am against people using it as a substitute for contraception. Abortion is something that should be carefully considered and there need to be some rules about it, but I think it should be an option.

Those people are judgemental period. They will judge your sunday school outfit just as quick as they will judge an abortion. I will never have an abortion but when I meet people who have I give them a hug and let them know I still love them. That is a tough decision to make. No matter what they choose still show them love.

Because the plain and brutal truth of abortion is it is MURDER. It's not being judgemental your killing a human being, how would you like it if your mom wanted to abort you...it's no different... except you actually got the chance to expeirence what God created.
If the reason was rape then that would'nt be as bad, but as for just not wanting or not being ready for a child.... then put it up for adoption so the people who can't have kids can have it, and next time close your legs ((not towards you))

Its a RELIGIOUS thing. You are correct about the issue. These nasty and clueless people have no right to intrude on this but they are many. DO NOT give them credibility, as far as I am concerned they have not a clue, they are dangerous, and they do not exist. Stick to your guns.
