The south definitely, it's a pity they lost the war as it's a far better place. Atlanta is wonderful, New Orleans is the greatest city in the US. Everyone prefers the South that's why all the Presidents for the 30 years have been born south of the Mason-Dixie line. Way down south in the land of cotton, there old times are not forgotten
Your own situation won't be any better up north as you will still meet bigots and encounter prejudice but at least in the south you can console yourself with some good 'ole Cajun cooking

The South
Think the UN and the rest of the world would support our separation from the our hypocritical cousins around the country who think like us but are afraid to admit it, and project their fears and inadequacies unto us. Get over it!
The South has risen!!! You will wake up and realize how much you don't matter to anyone when you get up north.

As a Pennsylvanian, I can tell you that going north won't neccesarily solve your problem...there's plenty of goofballs around here that still seem to be fighting the civil war! It's still probably better here than it would be in Georgia, though.
A lot of those same idiots there 20 years ago would have called you a communist!

not every southern thinks like that also in the same aspect some northern people think like that also just depends on where you go rural or city type Ive noticed in rural areas there more of that kind of thinking but in big cities there more diversity be sure to do research on the place you plan on moving and see what the racial percentage is

Virginia's in the south, dummy! The South is the best place to live, cus then you don't have do deal with a bunch of punks and low-down Yankee liars. I would never move up there.

Amen. I grew up on the west coast and now live in the south. I'm stuck in some sort of twilight zone time warp. Lord, deliver me from evil. Hell is hot and so is the South, kinda' makes you wonder.
