Let him know that you care about him, that you want to be his girlfriend, that you value him as a person, help him etc.
Make him want to call you, call him back.
Be his equal partner.
Talk honest.
Find common grounds for the both of you.
Tell him you like something at him, be specific (or not neccessary)...
Smile... a smile goes a long way.
Be confident in yourself.
Most importantly, be a friend to him.

I am a boy and the answere is make him laught be his project partner talk to him and ask him favors. alot.
Wierd you think the more things she mkes you do the more you hate her but it is the opposite
