it started in the states on aug 26th this year so i would imagine it will start in the uk sometime begginning of next year!
I've just found out that E4 have no plans to schedule it just yet!

The DVD release of Season 6 of Smallville is expected to be released August/September 2007. The Premiere of Season 6 in E4 is expected in End January/Beginning of February 2007.

confident. WB and UPN are merging right into a clean community called CW. CW is meant to be determining on the superb shows from the two networks. they have already annonced they are renewing Smallville, and a few different shows. the full CW lineup would be introduced Thursday. A greater exciting question is: will that's your community WB staion or your community UPN station which will become the CW station on your area!

on DVD? well we need to wait until they air the last half of it on CW.
If it is the final season look for it in June if season 7 gets the go ahead it will be at least Sept. until 6 is on DVD
