French Kiss, starring Kevin Kline and Meg Ryan. Unless you meant a movie made in France. Well, then I would have to say Triplets of Belleville, because I haven't seen anything else.

Les Yeux sans Visage (Eyes without a Face) is incredibly well done and very creepy.
Also the Battle of Algiers, which captures its subject so powerfully that you'd think it was a documentary.

it was a great movie about a boy who are used to go to a woman to cut his hair and when he grow up he search for a woman who work as a barber to marry her it was great movie i love it you have to watch it
