Dear Jen L,

Learning about computers and problems can be a difficult task. There are many books out there explaining the different problems and how to fix them. Though most of them are great, they use advanced terminology and expect you to know the basics. What you can do is either go out and buy one of those books or you could email me at nbgrigoryan@gmail.com and I will help you out. I am a computer software engineer so I will be able to help you. Please give me an email and I can answer all of your questions. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Best Wishes,

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
