I would first use a hot compress like a washcloth & place it on your big pimple but don't squeeze it out, this may further irritate your skin & possibly leave a scar.
I would try some Phisoderm, it is good for your face as well as the rest of your body. It will also restore the natural ph of your body.

If your condition gets worse you might have a boil. You need to be seen by a doctor.

Someone I work with told me just yesterday about tea tree oil. I'm still learning about it, but I understand it's an herbal remedy that seems to help with everything from A to Z. It's not a prescription but it's probably a good idea to talk with a pharmacist or dermatologist anyway before using it.
I have a skin problem that I'm also trying to deal with and my colleague is ordering a cleansing solution made with tea tree oil for me to try.
Good luck!

Wait, do you have larger breasts? because sometimes your cleavage can't breathe and sweat which can cause pimples. And you could have a cyst pimple... theyre like under the skin and they hurt so bad... but the only think you can do is continue washing your face when when its able to be popped then clean your hands and push your two fingers under it and squeeze until the puss is out and you see blood then stop and wash your hands and face/area again.

it is pink because it is forming and it will go away
.U r at the age and pimples are normal. just stay away for soft drinks and alot of greasy foods, and don't squeeze it or pick it. Get some Clearasol or use rubbing alcohol on it.

these things happen when you're a teen....wash that area with a facial cleanser to prevent more breakouts. they usually come from oily skin. Also, you can use products like proactiv on your face. If it's only one, i'm sure it'll be fine and it'll go away soon
good luck, dont worry too much

it is a boil...from how you explain it, and it is from sweating and tight constrictive clothing (ie. BRA). To prevent this, after you shower rub baby powder in such areas. To get this one to go away...apply heat and leave it alone.
