Depends on what level you are talking about. I like all my teachers, and I hope they all like me. As far as romantically, it usually isn't good practice for teachers to be involved with their students.
Now, if you are talking at the high school, or below, levels, then it is really not acceptable for teachers to associate with their students outside of the classroom, unless it is for extracurricular activities (sports, cheer, drama, etc.)

I'm asuming that you're talking of romantic love? I suppose that those kinds of feelings can;t be helped or controlled, however, acting on them is another story. While in elementary, middle, or high school it is actually illegal for a teacher to act on these feelings, often in college, though, I know of students and teachers who have had romantic relationships. I don't know if I would say it is 'wrong', however, it isn't a very good idea. The teacher is in a position of authority and power which makes the relation dynamics complicated. I suppose that if you (or any other student), dates a teacher that you won't be having any classes with, it shouldn't be a problem.

it is not and never will be wrong. As far as I know, no one can teach nor stop any individual of their feelings. Although there are certain levels of likeness... I as a trainer, cant help myself from having this feeling to some of my trainees, coz each of them has his own personality which may be likeable for me and may not be for others. Likewise, some may like you in return. Most institutions are not allowing teachers to have "romantic" relationships with students coz of some important reasons, B U T it doesnt mean that it is W R O N G to like each other, we all have our own free will... again, it is never WRONG to like each other. and besides, there are a lot of ways to make things work.

It's not wrong for them to like other as long as it goes no further than that. Teachers get fired for that sort of thing and it depends what age you are the teacher might even be prosecuted.

Well, that's a complicated question to answer!LOL!
It's very difficult to control who you like or not but, you can control what you do about it.
If you are both over 18, I say that's great go for it.
Otherwise, I would scream "CAUTION" because one of you will eventually get into BIG trouble and honestly that wouldn't be fair to any of you. And, that kind of "Bad Publicity" will stick with the both of you FOREVER!
Sorry, for the way I'm writing I just want you to understand how this can affect your life.
Good Luck!

High school or below: Hell, yeah it's wrong.
College: Hormones will out. Nature says it's breeding season, morality says 'it depends on who and why', the college authorities will fire your teacher's ***. Unless you live in England. The English have different conventions and I know several young gentlemen who got through the best universities solely on the basis of creative dating of professors. In such cases, it is traditional but probably still not moral.
More specifically, talking in terms of consequences: the best case scenario is that no one finds out; the second best scenario is either they find out and overlook it (but you will probably be tactfully encouraged to go elsewhere for the remainder of your education), or they find out and fire him/her.

the challenge is,even though in the event that they the two like eachother sufficient to start a healthful courting, one or the different will improve uninterested in the different individual ultimately because of the fact, this youthful grownup woman(18) will prefer to occasion and not be held right down to somebody who's older (like the instructor) who does not prefer to do any of that stuff.this is subject-unfastened experience so why might this eye-catching young women people prefer to waste her young ones years being tied down and lacking out on constrained components existence has to furnish her.

well , details are kinda needed to answer that question. I mean are we talking college? and like a 26 year old student and a 33 year old teacher or somethng like that? ....cus thats alright. Might get a little tricky though and i'd suggest waiting til you're not in his/her class anymore....but if we're talking like 14 and 30 something then, yes...wrong. .....and illegal. How do you mean like though? like, friendship like? thats alright. Romantic like? not alright.
