Barcelon's Camp Nou is the largest stadium in Europe, seating 98,800.
The largest in the UK is Millenium Stadium which actually seats a couple thousand more than Old Trafford, according to the website below.

Used to be the Maracana. In the 1950 World Cup Final this stadium in Brazil housed 200,000 people. However, now it is the Nou Camp at around 109,000 I think. I might be wrong though.
