I was a witch...I am a witch every day of the year. I'm only green when I get sick.

I decorate my yard and my barn and hand out giant goody bags to the kids......after all, real witches give the best candy!

I display my altar and have a table with candles that people can light in memory of their loved ones.

People love coming to my house on Halloween and I love being the neighborhood witch!

I stayed home, but I played a really unfiar game of "scare the children"- I sat in a chair on the sidewalk to our house, and draped a blanket over me and I wore a mask with a purple hood and something black that covered my face.. made me appear face-less, and was rather unnerving to children.
I did give out candy, though, and I think I scared a grand total of 6 or 7 kids- I even heard one mother tell her older child (who had taken some candy from me) that her youngest was "Too scared of the person in the mask to go up and take some candy" :D
