Not at all as it was issued to you and if expired it is of no use at all other than a piece of ID. I have my last 4 DL and I kept them because some Yo-Yo at the DMV could not get my name spelled correctly and when they did it was in the wrong class of licence and I ended up with 4 of them all with different names and classes of lic. I only use the correct one as it will show up when the person checking the ID on the search will have the current address etc and class of lic as well as the expiry date on it. Souvenirs are not illegal, just how they are used is.

Not that I know of, usually when you get your licensed renewed, the people at the DMV will cut the corner of your old license. As long as you use the current one for ID purposes, it shouldn't matter. Why would you keep the old one anyway?

It is illegal in Oregon to possess more than one drivers license. The Oregon Motor Vehicles requires that you surrender any valid driver license or permit issued by another jurisdiction (such as another state).

pretty sure there is no law that says you can't..... common sense tells you that if it is expired it is no good, so why keep it anyway???
