Does any other city have a parade like this??? (see below)?

I'm from Minnesota, and in Minneapolis, we hava a parade called the Holidazzle. It runs Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sun nights from Thanksgiving to New Year's. All the floats are covered in lights, as are the people walking in the parade. It's mostly just story book characters. AND THERE'S NO CANDY! It's all about the parade.

I've heard of that! I know of nothing similar... enjoy your uniqueness! It's getting to be a rare gem in a homogenizing world.
