Make a photo collage! They love pictures of their children and grandchildren. Put it in a pretty frame. Anything personal or hand made will make them happy. Better than something you can buy at the store unless your rich.

One time I bought some cheap bottles at pottery barn and filled them with different things like peppercorns, raspberries, pearl onions, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, etc. Then I filled them with vinegar and tied a raffia bow around the bottle. Flavored vinegar! Be sure to put things that go together, though. Like 1 with lemon zest, raspberry, and dried cranberries. Or sundried tomatoes, onion and peppercorns. My grandma loved it!

Once I put together a small scrapbook of pictures of my grandma and I doing things together... she absolutely loved it. You can also make her ornaments with pictures of her grandkids in them - look online for different ideas. Whatever you decide I'm sure your grandma will love it.

If you are unsure or grandma has everything, get her a gift card that always works out.

one suggestion would be to make her a calouge of family pictures. Maybe if you could find some of her when she was younger, family members wedding pics, grandchildrens pics, some of her daughter/son. Just mix it up.

Well, I would make her something, like a cross-stitch pattern, something knitted, a photo album book, or something like that..
