Well it depends on your skin color. If your darker than or pale I'd say no. But if your in between than it could work. You should try it on to see if it looks good.

Yes, but it all really depends on your complexion. You should always match make up first with what looks good on your face and second with what you're wearing. In any case a ruby red lip gloss matching with a red shirt will save you, but in general choose your lipstick color to match your face, the time of the day, the purpose and, of course, your mood.

NO!!! you need to find a balance. dark and light just don't work together!!
if you want to keep the lip color, use a dark brown eyeshadow
if you want to keep the eye color, use a light color lip gloss/ lip stick

umm no, choose one, if your gonna play up the lips, play down the eyes, other wise you cant focus, on one place, on your face. just decide, what is your best feature { i have the best eyes!}, and play up that, like if you have Angeline Jolee, lips play those up, and wear, little black eye liner, and smudge it into your eyes, so it looks natural
