you are comparing apples to oranges. Spinach is vegetable, Chicken is meat. I would choose chicken, if prepared properly.

i love spinach in lasagna and on white pizza but i'm a chicken person love it grilled breaded and fried seasoned and baked chicken parm sandwiches kebabs chicken fries chicken corquetts chicken tenders etc.

both because chicken is the best but the spinech nowadays i heard that elemetary schools subsitute spinech as lettuce my sibling she tried it and said its was soooooooooooo gooder then the chicken
