yes,in fact this is a very good selection of security software so i wont tell you otherwise
spybot and adaware are probally the best 2 anti-spy programs around,and spybot has saved my p.c,s life on several occasions,adaware is just a nice program to have in the background,and its because of adaware that i get nearlly zero pop-ups
mcafee site advisor is a excellent program and again has warned me of potential bad sites,were before i would have visited them and now i stay well clear
the 2 windows programs(defender+firewall),well what more do you need to say,defender has had some bad press but thats because its by microsoft,if it was from another manufacturer it would be another story,and the windows firewall is still safe and trusted
finally ccleaner is a very good program,there are too many so-called cleaners out there but all they do is mess up your registry and file system,with ccleaner you know you are safe 10/10
i would also like to tell you of another excellent program that i use every day..advanced windowscare personal(http://iobit.com/AdvancedWindowsCarePersonal/index.html)is a all round one click windows cleaner and optimisation program,i was quite nervous about using this but now i use it ,and have recommended to all my mates who think its great..
well in my opinion ,you will definately have a safe xmas on-line...well done on a good security package...keep up the good work
good luck

Yours looks fine except couple of things(like your firewall and browser).I would recommedn the following combination:
Anti-virus: 1) AVG 2) AVAST 3) AVIRA . You are fine with AVG.
Firewall: 1)Zonealram 2) kerio or Outpost. I prefer zonealarm.
Antispyware/adaware: 1)spybot search&destroy 2)Adaware se . you are good here.
Browser: 1)Opera 2) Firefox 3)IE7 . But Ie7 is distant 3rd place. If you use opera, you are good to go. opera has best track record.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_web_browsers#Vulnerabilities)
Windows firewall is not enough and also you can't use more than one firewall at the same time. So, when you install zonealarm, it automatically takes control.
ccleaner is not a security software. But it is a good one to have to maintain pc from junks and other usage.
Any Mcafee product is a "BIG NO" in my view. get rid of anything like that.
The most important thing is the keep them updated and run them at least once a week.

Good computer security should be based on the same principle as an old concentric castle - lots of obstacles that a potential threat has to get through. If one fails, the others should work. My computer security tutor also said "computer security is like virginity - you either have it or you don't"! As advised, keep them up to date - I have re-scheduled my routine maintenance/security to the 2nd Tuesday of the month, when Microsoft's new Malicious Software Removal tool should be updated. And always run an AV scan as soon as possible after the definitions/patterns are updated. And don't allow all this to lull you into a false sense of security - you're not paranoid if they ARE out to get you! :-)

Nice selection!
I'd add a better firewall.
http://www.zonelabs.com Zone Alarm firewall OR
http://www.comodogroup.com/ - Comodo firewall.
And a sandbox;
http://www.sandboxie.com
And Spywareblaster to prevent browser hijacks;
Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com
http://www.siteadvisor.com -MacAffee Site Advisor warns about malware on sites you are about to visit.
And don't forget to use the Teatimer and Immuniser functions in Spybot, they're essential.
And Ad-Aware is an anti adware, run it in Quick Scan daily and you'll be amazed what it picks up.
Have a good Xmas.

sounds like you are fairly well set, but remember that your best defense is knowing the site you are dealing with and avoid using alot of links between web pages, they can send you places you don't want to go. also look for the site to be secure (https) or look for the little Closed Lock at the lower right it lets you know the site is secure.

Yes it is, just make sure you run lavasoft's ad-aware one a month or so. & you don't need the Spydot if you keep adaware definations up to date. It's 2 programs doing the same thing.
Take care

You've got more than me. But one of the tricks is to use these programs regularly.
I think you'll be fine.
Merry Christmas.
