the Best for me? My son was born on Dec. 15th, healthy, beautiful and with the most awesome sky blue eyes I'd ever seen.

the Worst for me? My fiance spent $500.00!!! for this casual jean suit that he thought would look beautiful on me in a SIZE 2!!! Then when I opened it...he wanted me to try it on!! I kept trying to talk him out of my 'trying it on' cuz I knew it wouldn't fit. I take a size 10. Finally 'had to' try it on... and never felt fat before....but my arms wouldn't even fit in the jacket. Haha. Yes...he took it back and gave me the money for me to pick out something for myself.

The best was a trip to the Salvation Army on Christmas Eve to help others. My BF bought lots of happy meals, big macs and toys. The residents there were very happy to get the McDonalds food and the cooks were freed up to cook the Christmas meal. The worst was when a new millionaire family member got me this fugly change purse from a dollar store. I would have preferred a simple card. The gift was as if he was saying "see, you're not getting anything from me." I don't even care about material things and it is the thought that counts, but that particular gift seemed to send a message. Anyhow, my mom made me write a thank you card.

Worst was a pair of rabbit fur earmuffs. I had two pet rabbits at the time and the person who gave me the gift knew that. I thought it was odd to say the least.

Best present was last year I didn't think I was gonna be able to come home for Christmas and my sister came up and picked me up after work on the 23rd, and brought me back in time for work on Boxing Day during a snowstorm. She drove 8 hours total out of her way. It was a surprise for my mom too she had no idea I was coming until I walked through the door. It was one of the best Christmas's ever.

The best was a trip to the United Kingdom, the worst was while I was in a foster home in the early 60's. The Foster parents where given $5.00 per foster child for a Christmas gift. They purchased one View Master, then bought a view master reel for each of the foster children and pocketed the rest of the money. 1961 was a great Christmas for 10 foster children.

one year my sister gave me a sweater blouse. I wore it with my jeans so I knew I had it. The next year my sister gave me the same blouse with the same exact colors. I guess it was such a deal she bought several and planned to give one to all her friends and probably had an extra and forgot she gave me one the year before. Ask for money or gift cards at least you know they weren't recycled gifts unless they give you a gift card they got from someone else and didn't use it for a year and you find 50 dollar goes for 25 the following year because they do charge a non use fee. LOL

My grandpa always bought the worst gifts. it was stupid too because he was so flithly rich. one year i got a pair of used nylons stuffed in a little box. I always pretended I was grateful though and liked them.

My best christmas present was when I was 5. My older sister sewed me a goregous pink cowgirl outfit. Haha. It was so cute, she included a cowboy hat, a pink gun set and chaps. At the time I always watched Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, so I thought I was the BOMB. Lol.

Merry Christmas. :D

The best was a cookbook my mom handwrote for me of all our family recipes.

The worst (and actually the only gift i have ever not liked) was from a gift exchange at work - a pair of hideous clip-on earrings. I still don't understand why...I don't even wear earrings.

Best -- A really nice black leather jacket from Wilsons.

Runner up -- A Craftsman Professional circular saw with the laser guide on it. This is one nice saw.

Worst -- My sister-in-law gave me Lingerie last year. Yep, red panties, a read bra, red fishnet stockings, and a red garter belt. Funny, funny girl (ok, so I did give her handcuffs the year before ...). And yes, I kept them ... they're in my underwear drawer.

The best was for me was when all my family got together for dinner. Opened our gifts and sang Christmas songs.

The worst for me was when I brought gifts for my niece and nephews and they did not say thank you. They also said this is not what I wanted. I brought what I could afford.
