well if it is a rare isp name like kldsfjal.com or something you can look them up and that will give you an area, might try running the domain name through whois.net and you can contact the domain name holder and see if they will help or yahoo it

I know the girl above said it's not possible but I say do some more research... google it... but she does have a point, maybe you wont be able to do it for data protection purposes...
