back when it was a quarter to call someone. now everyone has a cell phone and its 2 quarters to use the pay phone. what a rip off?

because they're too low-priced to grant u the completed 35 cents. And in the journey that they positioned the further attempt into getting out a dime as well because the quarter, it may tutor that they care in somehow?? No??
