I wish people would stop trying to second guess what they wear. They DON'T WEAR regular make-up like the rest of the normal woman in the world.

You would have to get special contacts that are colored, if you want "their fake eye color". You would have to get theatrical make-up and they don't wear any of this cheap stuff, they pay in the hundreds, sometimes even thousands to get the right look.

Pop stars get their 'pop and sparkle' in a few different ways. Shimmer in a very light color will work, applied closely to the browline, and on to the interior corner of the eye, but is only appropriate for evening and can seem a bit much sometimes.

To achieve the same effect in a lower keyed way, along the lower lashline, as close as possible to the lashes (you want to practically go between the lashes to apply it), put a thin line of white eyeliner (it can be matte or shimmery, matte works best for daytime), it gives eyes a bit of 'pop' and makes them stand out even more. Once you have applied the white, you may add a bit of brown/black, for definition. For an extra, ad a smudge of white to the interior corner of your eye and blend. Hope this works for you.

I really hope you're just using this look for nighttime--sparkly eyes look tacky in the daylight. Show-offs by Benefit are great, and not too expensive (although kind of expensive... seven bucks, but I cant remember exactly).

Apply with a brush instead of a sponge--it looks more evenly applied. A brush can be a soft paint brush if it's clean; they sell them for cheap at AC Moore. Eyeliner brushes too...

Lots of sleep, and use the stuff that you can get in boots or super drug that makes the white of the eye go slightly blue, which looks very healthy and drink water

I'll tell you what you need right now - go to the chemist and buy some Glycerine in a smallish bottle. Its a thick clear liquid which you can put in your eyes to make them shine. I used to use it about ten years ago.

get glitter and put chapstick on your eyelids (this is to make the glitter stick on your eyes) and then put the glitter on your eyelids over the chapstick and it'll stick to your eyelids. i do it all the time and it looks really pretty, plus the chapstick isn't bad for your eyes, and it moisturizes your eyelids too. use a cutip to apply the chapstick and glitter on. good luck!

Know this sounds a bit weird but put vaseline on your eyelids and then put the glitter on. (You can get pots of loose glitter for your face from Superdrug).
