I think a Capricorn wanting a woman to call when they say they will has very little to do with being controlling. Capricorns are reliable and steadfaast, so I think they'd just want someone to pay them that same courtesy back. Capricorn will never make a promise he can't keep.

The matter of them being controlling is totally different. I personally don't think of 'controlling' when I think of Capricorn men. I think they can be very rigid, which may lead people to think that, but they don't seem to have any desire to control the way that other people live their lives.
