I want to make a Christmas tree with ballons, just with them

try helium balloons, glue them together, and tie the tree to the ground or a heavy object. This way, the "helium tree" will float a little, and will not fall, like regular baloons would. Sounds cool.
p.s. make sure you use strong glue, and know if you want a 2d or 3d tree before beginning, (3d sounds incredible).

Your not going to have that as your real Christmas tree? You must have a regular tree right?

I would say just buy lots of balloons with strings and tie them together at the right places.
