Sure. You can do most anything while on whiskey.

A big NO. Whiskey is alcohol it is messures in prof, not occtain.
The car might run but not verry good. Gas has alcohol mixet into the gas to reduce the immisions. To run it on all alcohol you would have to make major changes to the engine and even then I dought it.
Besides what makes you think whisky is cheeper for a gallon of gas?

you can run a car engine on alcohol (ethanol) with little dificulty but whisky probably does not have enough - plus there is too much water in it so it will rust from the inside out

any engine will run on pure grain alcohol but to get it to run on whiskey might be hard, because whiskey is usually only 40% alcohol and is hard to burn
