How do you know there are no cleaning ladies on the starship enterprise. They might just be camera shy.

Thats because they have one of those annoying little robotic vacum cleaners you see nowadays. If you watch closely you will often see one of the security detail tripping over one in the background, even Picard has the odd slip up when one cleans the bridge.

because Star Trek is a figment oif imagination, it comes from a fluffy wuffy world where
everyone has interesting fullfilling jobs,
there is no money,
there are no discrepancies between people abitlities,

everyone respects everyone
