Connect you iPod to your computer using the FireWire (USB cable). It should automatically update the music onto your iPod.

Connect your iPod to the computer with the USB cable. iTunes should pop up and automatically start "updating" your iPod (putting songs from your library onto your iPod). When it says that it's done updating, check on your iPod to see if there's any music on there. If there isn't, then just go to File at the top of iTunes, and go down to "Sync iPod." This is the way I do it... I just sync my songs onto my iPod.

Didn't it come with some simple directions!!?!?? Sounds like you must've stolen the iPod, I mean THEY COME WITH DIRECTIONS and their BASIC USE it to TRANSFER SONGS FROM iTUNES,,, so if you can't read the directions and figure this out, then there's nobody on here gonna be able to explain it to you any better. Take it back to the store and tell them you need one that comes with directions because yours was stolen out of the box! Or if you have the directions, READ THEM instead of trying to get one of us to read them for you. I mean, you sound too lazy to even be owning an ipod to me... good luck though ;-)
