I have a 10-month old baby, and wondering when I can introduce him to muffin and bran muffin. Thanks!

My 10 mth old is eating everything we do for the most part. Of course not spicy foods or steak but anything that can be cut into small enough pieces is fine. If he is used to chewing and mashing foods with his gums and few teeth, then go for it!

Personally I think you should delay wheat until after a year.

Others say no grains until after 9 months.

Hahahaha Peach, steak was my babies favorite food at 7 months! Meat is very important to growing babies as they need the zinc and iron. And he eats spicey foods too. You know if Korea one of the first foods they give is Kim Chi, ever eaten it? It's spicey!

i would wait a little longer or try with just a little bite, make sure he doesn't get too much of it and ends up constipating him
