Roddy Piper.
He could get booed at a roddy piper fan club meeting.
I saw him wipe his butt with a leaf jersey in Toronto. People tried to stab him. He just didn't quit. I also laughed my *** off when he changed his speaking pattern at wrestlemania to confuse the idiotic WHAT chant.
The dude whiped Mr T during the height of the A team.
People asked him if he was a racist he said no white people are a$$holes too.
He was here to do 2 things kick *** and chew bubble gum and now he is all out of bubble gum.
And now the bad *** is kicking cancers ***.
YOU GO HOTROD!!!!!

If a multi-time WWE champion can be underrated, it is HHH. He has been in the promotion for a decade now, and for most of that time, he has been the number one heel. While he did have some face turns, (and the jury is still out on how this latest DX reunion is going to go), HHH has basically carried the promotion from the "bad guy" standpoint, while other stars have taken extended leaves to make movies(Rock), build families(hulk hogan, among others), etc. He is the modern day Ric Flair, and its no small coincidence that the 16 time Champion has hung on so long to mentor HHH...Keep in mind that this guy tore a leg muscle during a match, and instead of signaling to the ref that he was legitimately hurt so they could do a quick finish, actually finished the match by still selling moves because he knew he was the only heel star in the promotion….

I don't really have one, I think the greatest heels of all time are:
Carlito - His heel roll was awesome
Kennedy - One of the greatest newcomer heels
Finlay - He just does it like a natural
Booker - owns as a heel
Edge - Has made his career evolve as o a great heel this year
Flair - Was awesome as a heel
Piper - owned as a heel in his prime
Triple H - One you love to hate!
Orton - Though his face period was great, he owns as a heel!

of all time? Ric Flair, definately. Recently, Jeff Jarret is a great heel on TNA and Triple H was a great heel when he was going against John Cena. What makes a great heel is mainly the ability to get fans to love to hate you, and jeff jarret and triple H really know how to do that.

"King" Ernie Ladd generated heat like no other. Ric Flair had some great heel roles too. I love Edge and Randy Orton's heel roles. Mr. McMahon has had some great ones too.

Disregarding his recent role, my favorite of all-time has always been Ric Flair. When he was with the Four Horsemen, he was the best heel there was, but he was the most entertaining.
