why must the police insist on botherin me when im in my neighbors yard playing with thier christmas display in the middle of the night and whay is up with that pepper spray is that really necessary . so i guess im askin is it justifyable to pepper someone in the face just cause you said you banged his mom then kick them in the nutz . i would apreciate your input

Yes, tresspassing is what you were doing and the Pepper Spray was needed to make you see reason. Would you have rather been shot? The Police are not trained to wound someone. What you did or said during your tresspass is held against you in a court and is just unfortunate for you.
