Heavy Metal. Everything else except rock and country are dumb. I can respect them more than anything because they use real instruments.
Heavy metal is not satanic because satan doesn't exist. But hiphip and rap? Talking about trafficking women and illegal drugs? And that's any better than anything?
I don't respect rap for anything or anyone. I don't like them blasting their bass when I'm trying to enjoy QUIET in my HOUSE. Just because they have loud speakers doesn't mean the rest of the world wants to hear it.

I don't think that 1 is the best. I think that people have favorites.. I like music. That means pop, country, metal,everything. I even like some rap. I think "the best" depends on the individual and their tastes.

There is no best pick, different types of music appeal to different people. One person my find joy by listening to some head banging heavy metal, while another my find it in opera. And that, is the beauty of music, there is no best or worst.
