It's free and easily searchable for almost any movie/tv question you can imagine. For example, it took me about 30 seconds to find your answer: Traffic. Of course, I had seen it and thought that was it, but there are user comments, chat forums, reviews by famous critics, and much much more.
The best part, of course, is that all the references are hyperlinked. You can click on Traffic and see the cast list (crew, too, for that matter). Click on one of them and see their credits.
It's gotten to where I can barely watch a movie without being logged on to imdb. "Now where did I see *that* guy before?"
