Well that would depend on what state you live in.
Here in Nevada yes and no
Yes You can ride a scooter, or moped on the street with out a license, helmet or insurance.
I don't agree with this as I have a gold wing and have to have all of the above.
It is a unfair law as just because I ride a bigger bike, a little on in traffic can kill you just as fast. in most cases faster as people say I didn't see it, cause it was so small.

depends on the province or state you reside in. Most will let you ride a 50cc scooter once you get your learners permit.
