Okay, I'm a girl and I'm in a EMS program where teens get to help out on ambulances and stuff. We have to wear uniforms but they only order the pants in guy sizes. Is there a way to find out what size I would wear in guy pants without actually going to a store and trying them on??

If the Small / Medium answer you got doesn't help, then measure your waistline near your hip bones not near your belly button. Then get a pair of pants that fit you and measure from the crotch to the hem of one leg. Men's pants are bought by those two measure. Waist first; length second. So if you're slim and tall, it might be something like 26 (waist) x 35 (length from crotch).

Well what size are you? If you're on the slim side an XS or S would fit. If you wear size 7 or 8 in women's pants then go for a medium. 12, then go for a large. 16 then go for an XL.

Use a tailor's tape measure to measure around your waist, then measure down the inside of your leg. (If you don't have one of those flexible tape measures, a ghetto fix is to use a string, mark it or cut it, then measure the string w/a ruler or a regular tape measure). Guys' pants are measured in waist/length. For example, if a guy has a 33" waist and 34" leg length, his size would be 33x34.

Hope this helps!

Measure your waist. Men's pants go by inches.
