I understand your situation. I got my BBA in HR Management 2 years ago and still have not found my dream job. It seems I am too experienced for entry-level positions and not experienced enough for experienced positions. I am going to start working on my MBA in the Fall and try to obtain my PHR certification to make myself more marketable.

I get tons of interviews and I interview really well, but I don't get the positions I want. Most of the positions I have been offered pay too low. But I am still networking and trying to find something better.I decided to take a position with a very large financial institution and try to get into the HR dept. They hired me to work in a position and industry that I have no experience. But I couldn't get the HR position of which I have a degree and experience.

But I say keep building your skills and you may have to take a position where you can grow into the job want.

Good Luck!
