i will have to say block buster...cause they are cheap..but in 2nd place it would be walmart

Amazon and deepdiscountdvd.com are good. You just have to look around, some weeks Best Buy might have a better price, other weeks Target or something. My advice is if you are talking about new releases, usually the first week it comes out has the best prices. Also try moviemars.com.

the dvd's one is a place named gamestop there like 10 a piece and they are fairly new too!!

Wal mart..video stores like Blockbuster sell USED ones that are cheap

I don't know if they are cheapest, but www.deepdiscountcd.com and www.deepdiscountdvd.com have pretty good prices.

And I've always gotten free shipping from them.
